The villa purchased by the couple Chiara Ferragni-Fedez in January 2023 is officially for sale. A property valued at 5 million euros, described as the house of their dreams, is in private negotiation but is certainly not easy to acquire.
After the Pandoro-gate scandal and the resurgence of rumors regarding a possible breakup with Fedez (the divorce does not yet seem to be official), Chiara is once again in the spotlight.
Villa Matilda entices the wealthy
900 square meters spread over three floors and an infinity pool are the highlights of the luxury villa that hosted the iconic couple until a few months ago.
Named Villa Matilda in memory of their dog, who passed away shortly before, the property seems to have a significant drawback. Access by land is almost impossible and to reach it, one must arrive by lake. Not just any lake, of course, but the stunning view surely compensates for the effort for the future buyer.
The villa sits right in front of the one the famous actor George Clooney owns, in the solitary and elegant village of Pognana Lario.
15 rooms and plenty of elegance
Villa Matilda is the classic movie-like villa, overlooking the lake and surrounded by a pure and unspoiled environment. Shielded from paparazzi and city gossip, the couple had described it as the dream house, but they have nonetheless put it on the market.
An entrance from the lake, where Fedez’s 8-meter speedboat was always carefully docked, and another more panoramic one from the mountain. The entrance by land seems anything but easy, a major downside of the villa.
In short, the highly prestigious villa, custom-designed in every detail by architects Filippo Fiora and Federico Sigali, had a nice history but didn’t last long.
